1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register, bid, or purchase. By using this site you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

Register with accurate information and keep your password private. One account per person. You must complete your profile — including your pickup/shipping preference and a card on file — before you can place a bid.

3. Bidding

All bids are final and binding. A single bid is a one-time bid for the amount entered. A max bid sets an auto-bid ceiling: the site bids the lowest amount needed to keep you in the lead, raising automatically up to your max when you are outbid. Some listings carry a hidden reserve: the house may place automatic reserve bids up to that minimum, and if the house is the highest bidder when the listing ends, the item does not sell. The highest bid when a listing's timer ends wins the item. Bid history is shown anonymously. We may extend timers, correct errors, remove bids, or cancel and relist any item at our discretion.

4. Winning & invoices

Winners receive an invoice to confirm. A buyer's premium of 10% of the winning bid is added to each invoice. Confirm using the pickup or shipping preference in your profile. You may add a note to your invoice (for example, "please wait to ship") and we will do our best to honor it.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed securely through PayKings. After you confirm, we charge the card on file for your account for your total. Local pickup orders must be paid before pickup. Winners are expected to pay promptly; unpaid invoices may be cancelled and the item relisted.

6. Shipping

Shipping is a flat $14 per order. When you win multiple listings we will combine them into one shipment whenever possible. Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

7. Items

Listing photos may include supplier photos; colors and styles may vary slightly from what is pictured. Available styles and sizes are confirmed against our inventory. All sales are final — items are sold as-is.

8. Fair play

Shill bidding, bid manipulation, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or any misuse of the site will result in your bids being voided and your account terminated.

9. Privacy

We use your information only to run the auctions: managing bids, contacting winners, sending payment requests, and fulfilling orders. We may also send occasional auction announcements (new lots, closing reminders) to the email you registered with — every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and transactional emails about your own bids and invoices are not affected. We do not sell your personal information.

10. Liability

The site and all items are provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

13. Selling items

You may submit items to sell through the "Sell an item" page. By submitting, you agree to the following:

• Approval. Items go live only after we approve them. We may reject any submission, or end or remove any listing, at our discretion.
• Seller fee. Listing is free — your item goes live once we approve it. When your item sells, a $1 seller fee is deducted from your proceeds. If your item doesn't sell, you pay nothing.
• Deliver the item. You must bring the physical item to our store before your listing goes live — we handle pickup and shipping for the buyer.
• Your item, your responsibility. You confirm you own the item (or have the legal right to sell it), that it is not stolen or counterfeit, and that it is legal to sell and possess in Tennessee. No illegal items, weapons, or recalled products.
• Accurate listings. Your title, description, and photos must honestly represent the item's condition. Items are sold as-is; condition disputes are between you and the buyer, and you agree to accept returns only as required by law.
• Getting paid. When your item sells, you receive the winning bid amount minus the $1 seller fee, plus the $14 shipping charge when the buyer chooses shipping — paid within 7 days after the buyer pays us.
• Unsold items. If your item doesn't sell, collect it from our store within 14 days of the auction ending. After that we may donate or dispose of it.
• Risk. Items you leave with us are stored at your own risk. We take reasonable care of them but are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
• We're the venue, not the seller. We provide the auction platform and handle payment collection and fulfillment, but the item itself is sold by you. We are not liable for the condition, safety, or fitness of items sold by others.
• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your item or your listing.
